Hope everyone had a good Easter/holiday. I did the turkey this year. and it re-affirms my desire to have a kitchen bigger than a shoebox! I had every flat surface covered in pots, pans, dishes, etc. Every dish in the house was dirty. I had to resort to serving the turkey on a pie pan. Not that the family minded, but still.....
