'Louboutin' Slippers

Everyone that knows me, knows I have a 'slight' obsession with shoes. I love my shoes. One day I will own a really and truly, honest to bob designer pair of shoes. Until then, I can dream....and knit! My felted clogs have really bit the dust. They are full of holes and I clearly got my money's worth out of them, so to speak. I started a new pair. With a lovely red sole, a la Louboutin shoes. Today was felting day! Pre-felting:

Post felting:Before the felting, the red sole was 11 inches long. It is now approx 9.5 inches. Now they have to dry. Are they dry now? How about now? Now? ARGH.....
